About me...
Hi! My name is Kim Seppälä. I'm a writer, counsellor and consciousness facilitator. I hold a MSc degree in clinical psychology. My passion is to explore the edges of consciousness and to study how timeless, spiritual teachings can be applied to modern life in practical and tangible ways. Throughout my awakening experiences, I faced various psychological challenges, such as depression and anxiety. For me, psychology has been an invaluable resource, helping me to ground and integrate expanded consciousness with my human reality. When we dive deep into our own shadows (our vulnerabilities), we'll discover forgotten resources and that unique, organic wisdom that illuminates our perspective of self and lightens up our experience of life. |
I have found that peace of mind and heart come from practising radical self-awareness and compassion in daily life. Simple, but never boring - for it opens you up to sensuality, creativity and the joy of life.
In addition to my psychology training, I have experience in the fields of theatre, writing and translation. I'm also a certified yoga teacher and a spiritual mentor. I have studied applied consciousness with the Crimson Circle for nearly 10 years, while practicing presence and the art of conscious living with Eckhart Tolle. Norma Delaney has also been a great teacher for me in the practice of aspect integration and conscious breathing. The most significant teacher, however, has been my own essence and the wisdom collected through life experiences.
