thank you very much ,but i want to ask : what is the meaning of life in "let life breathe you" do you mean "your own consciousness of your own life " as there is not a general or common definition of life except that life is unique for every one where his attention and consciousness is put.
Also:"lean in and let go" let go of what ,you can not let go of yourself ,it is a real thing already exist ,you can not deny it but you can feel ,recognize ,acknowledge and appreciate it , So i prefer it to be " Be consciously aware and allow feeling your own self as it is "

i think consciousness is everything, and to be genuine you must add :Be conscious and aware of " before each line of the poem.
otherwise it just be sweet words not driving us to our own self realization through just be aware of your own feelings and allowing it to pop up and expand without pushing or fighting or any trying to change ,then you will find the magic of consciousness action ,without : power, energy and effort. So it is named :the magic discovery of just allowing self consciousness"

sorry and excuse me for referring to makyo ,,,laugh as Adamus learned us to discover our makyo,no shame and blame.
i love you very much and please continue less makyo words until you hit the truth without makyo.

For you to answer: Why is it just feeling my own feelings and continue allowing it to express and appear as much as i can allow "why this leads to realization of self ? ,,,,,i will be happy to share the answer with you.

Your near and dear Farag from Egypt
